Founded as a Boston-based consulting firm in 1987, we now operate out of Metro Atlanta and serve developing leaders in Fortune 500 companies, private companies, venture capital firms and technology start-up companies.
Contract Psychologists & Other Resources
Cognova Consulting Inc. relies on a support staff as part of its regular operations. Through partner relationships Cognova can easily increase its resources by utilizing the services of a number of contract psychologists (trained by Cognova principals for specific large engagements), online test services for assessments, and partnership with an applications service provider to support our online 360 Survey-Discovery At Work™.
